We would love to meet you this Sunday. Below is frequently requested information from guests. If you do not see your question answered here, please feel free to contact us.

9:30 am Core Groups for all ages

This is a time to go deeper into the Word. All age groups study the same lesson, presented in age-appropriate ways. Play-centered learning is offered for infants and preschoolers. Older children learn in classroom-style environments. Adults gather with others of similar age and life stage. The current study, is a 3-year journey through the Bible in order, from Genesis through Revelation.

To find the right group for you and your children, please visit the Welcome Center in the Foyer.

10:45 am Service - Worship Service and Children’s Programming

Worship service with praise band and message. Infants through kindergarteners stay in the preschool wing, where they learn, sing, and play. 1st - 6th graders are invited to attend worship with their families. Bulletins and sermon notes for kids and crayons are provided.

The 10:45 am service is also live streamed via YouTube.com. Check out previous messages here.

Where to find us

We are located on the southeast corner of 67th Street and Nall Avenue in Prairie Village, Kansas.

What to wear

We do not have a dress code specifically, though we do appreciate modest clothing. If you are comfortable in jeans, you are welcome to wear jeans. If you’d rather dress up a bit, that’s great too.

Where to park

On your first visit, we recommend parking near the north entrance (facing 67th Street) if you have children, or the west doors (facing Nall Avenue) if you do not.

Where to go once you've parked

With kids, go in the north doors (facing 67th Street) and look for the Children's Welcome Desk. A volunteer will help you register your children and find the correct classroom. They can also help you find the Sanctuary or a Core Group. Without kids, go in the west doors (facing Nall Avenue) and proceed to the Welcome Center, where a volunteer will help you find a Core Group or answer any questions you may have.

What to know about the Invitation

This may be a new concept to you if you did not grow up Baptist. The Invitation happens just after the sermon of each service. Pastor Joe invites up front anyone who would like to join the church, be baptized, renew their faith in Christ or make any decision regarding their faith walk. The congregation sings for this brief time of open invitation. You are welcome to speak to Pastor Bob in private first, if you wish.

A note about Bibles

We encourage everyone to bring their Bible, including children elementary age and older. If you do not have one or forget, we have you covered. Bibles are in the seat backs in the Sanctuary.
