More than you think.
The Student Ministry connects 7th through 12th graders with other Christians and challenges them to honor God with their lives. It also teaches non-believing teenagers about the abundant life in Christ.
The teens are given ownership of the ministry. They have a large role in the decision-making and production of our activities and service to others. This ownership role helps develop commitment and leadership, as well as strengthens the teens’ personal and spiritual growth.
Sundays, 9:30 am – Core Groups for high school and middle school students meet on Sundays at 9:30 am - 10:30 am in the Youth Room.
Every Sunday morning we will have some fun hang-out time with THE Question of the Day, some great teaching from the Word and studying through the Gospel Project!
Second Sundays, Noon - Each second Sunday, the Student Ministry Core Groups will go grab lunch together at Noon.
There is great value in sharing meals together and building community. All Students are invited join us at the restaurant of choice, which will be posted in the Youth Room. Students are responsible for their own meals and carpooling is available if needed.
Wednesdays, 6:30 pm – Our summer study called, The Good Book, meets on Wednesdays at 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm in the Youth Room.
"Many people struggle with the Bible. They know the Bible is valuable, they know it's important, but they don't know where to start. They get stuck in the middle and as a result they miss out on the life-changing power of God's Word." - The Good Book
Our goal will be to take a look at some of the bigger theological themes of scripture to not only familiarize ourselves with God's Word but also to provide an opportunity for students to find a passion for the Word and sharing it with others.
